Heritage Academy exists to assist parents who are training and educating their children with a Christian worldview, and to help these students strive towards academic excellence and godly character in the Christian faith. The Christian mandate for the education of our children is stated in Deuteronomy,
Here, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. (Deuteronomy 6:5-7)
Enrollment in Heritage Academy is limited to members of Heritage Church. Payment of annual student fees and reporting of transcripts at the end of each year are also required so that the school can record the educational progress of all students.
Heritage Academy is a registered member of Tennessee Association of Church-Related Schools (TACRS).
